Jenny was inspired as a child by her grandmother, Thelma, to decorate special cakes. Grandma taught her how to cover cakes and how to make flowers just the way she had done for her son and three daughters' weddings many years before.

Jenny went on to do some training courses to learn the modern techniques and spent nearly 20 years making cakes for family and friends before deciding to spread her wings and create "Jenny's Cakes". Now she could spend more time indulging her passion to create inspirational wedding cakes and special occasion cakes.

Jenny's Cakes is a home based Brisbane company. Working from home allows Jenny to make cakes for all occasions whilst keeping overheads down. The flavours of the cakes are enhanced by using traditional ingredients including real butter, top quality chocolate and fruit and making every cake from her own favorite recipe books.
